Merchant and 8Shot Mobile Marketing

Activation of an 8Shot game requires free registration via a mobile phone app (Apple, Android, Windows-Mobile) . Through the registration process a capture of basic demographic information is captured.

Registration creates a mobile phone “Barcode” which is scanned to commence an 8Shot game.

This enables us to understand the people within a venue, and the ability to communicate with them directly by filtering any of the captured information. “In Location” Advertising

8Shot Technology and installations allow for 3 distinct areas of advertising.

  • The hardware installed provides panel space for Corporate tier 1 naming rights and fixed branding. As an example this may suit large internationals.
  • The 8Shot installation includes screens which allow players and audience to view the manges, locally and remotely. Provision has been made to allow dynamic advertising, editable in real time by advertisers through the Merchant Control Centre, to be played on the screens. Advertising can be targeted to venues by demographic data. For example. If a merchants target demographic is men aged between 35 and 40 years of age, from specific suburbs, this can be accomplished.
  • Between games or when not in use, the 8Shot system projects imagery onto the playing surface of the pool table. This advertising is also dynamic and can be changed in realtime though the Merchant Control Centre.

What is the “Merchant Control Centre”?

The Merchant Control Centre is available to all Locations and Advertisers. Though a cloud hosted user administration control panel, approved users can create, edit and dispatch messaging to their target demographic. Messages and templates can be stored for repeated use. A history of dispatched advertising, vouchers, offers and the like are accessible via any internet enabled device, allowing management to create and send directly personalised and targeted campaigns to venues and mobile devices allowed within the confines of their agreement.
